1. When should I order my dress?
Each dress is ordered individually, and will take approximately 12 to 14 weeks from order to delivery. Time also has to be allowed for any alterations that may be needed. We recommend ordering your dress at least 6 months before the day. However, if you need a dress in a hurry, we will do everything within our power to accommodate you.
2. Which dress style will suit me?
We are totally dedicated to being 100% honest. We will tell you if your bum looks big in the dress. Our reputation depends on you looking fabulous.
3. Do you stock bridesmaid dresses?
Yes, we carry both the Alfred Angelo and Dessy range of bridesmaids dresses. There are many styles to choose from, both full length and the fashionable shorter length. Alfred Angelo dresses comes in a choice of 46 colours, so whatever your colour scheme we are sure to be able to match it. The Dessy range of dresses are available in up to 60 colours, depending on the style you choose.
4. Do you sell off the peg?
We usually have a number of gowns that have been discontinued, these are sold at a discounted price. Please ask in store for details.
5. Do I need an appointment?
You are welcome to come and browse at anytime, but please be aware that if you wish to try dresses on a Saturday, you will require an appointment. Although not always necessary, we do recommend appointments throughout the week, this way we can make sure you have our full attention. We allow 2 hours for your first visit, allowing plenty of time for you to try as many gowns as you wish. If you can’t make it to the shop in our regular opening hours, you can make a private out of hours appointment any evening or Sunday.
